Cleaning of washroom Hot water issue Staff receiving and reverted very slow, Mainly cost issue

Rooms are not maintained at all. Bathrooms fittings are very old. Bar in the ground floor is louder and annoying all through the day. Not recommended for families

Room was not good and some bad smell around the room. Room size also too small…value for money is not worth…

Not a good place for family to stay, lot of cockroaches, meat market outside, congested roads, foul smell in the room, bar within the hotel premises, over all not a good place to stay.

Very horrible stay and staf is not at all cooperative. Seen cockroches in my room and could not able to sleep in the night.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is courteous, helpful and prompt. The drawbacks are the approach road which is not good. The rooms are noisy due to the meat shops on the road which starts at 4 in the morning. Also their dining area is not good; though they do serve food in the room.

Apart from staff behavior everything is scrap, really a horrible experience, poor maintenance, every thing we touch is a 2010 made including towels

This place is not for family, as they have bar and late night people are staying in the rooms. And they create lot of nuisance. I was terrified to stay with family.

Room service is too bad & staf

Rooms are not upto the mark with the value of money which we paid. Hot water also not available.

Stayed there for a night, rooms were stainless, well maintained.

There was no hot water when I entered at night. Bathroom was okish. They didn't provide paste and brush at that cost. Not gonna stay again in that hotel. Even at morning hot water was not there. It was just above cold water like normal tap water above 30⁰C.

Not worthy for money and Room ambiance is not good. Little cockroaches are there but staff is polite.

This is a place which you use only for lodging. There is nothing more to this place. No one ever answers a call at the reception, so you need to walk down from the 3rd floor since the lift doesn't work. All of this so that you can get a towel and soap in the room. That too gets delivered with a very heavy heart.

Good hotel at bad location. Not easy to reach, very noisy and crowded place. Near bar, so lot of fights and misbehaving people near the hotel. Good food, great service and friendly staff.

An average hotel. Both room was terribly filthy. Taps and buckets looked like old. Bedsheets were torn. Its the only suitable options for family to stay for people visiting Gandikota, as there are very few options available nearby.

Hotel is situated at meet market area. Also taps in bathroom are ancient.
