Literally terrible to stay in that room, for double occupancy they given 5 feet single cot, with worst bed sheet and blanket. No hot water, what they provided towel i have pics to share. We entered into hotel by 11pm, by morning 8am left hotel.

Hotel was not having floor mat. When you come out after taking bath the floor would be wet. The floors are ugly and needs a cleaning very badly. Tv was not working.

The room had lot of bugs insects cockroaches, i asked for change of room they still took a lot of time to do it then the other room also had a few bugs and all. And they didn't even give me blanket. The restroom has a broken shower. I couldn't sleep all night cause my body was itching because of the bed. I really can't stat need to complain to health and safety

Before reaching my destination, i called the hotel and confirmed my reservation and time at which i will reach. Upon reaching the hotel, i was informed i dont have a room and i was asked to go to their sister concern hotel. I did not get what i paid for nor the gst invoice for which i had given the details.
