The property is just average and it’s old property the room has bare minimum amnesties ! Staff lacks training and the food quality needs improvement . But if you are booking this property book directly as it will be cheaper as MMT is expensive

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I was given the smallest room in the entire property, and unfortunately, the room standards did not even meet the basic expectations of a decent lodging facility. The condition and size of the room were far below what was advertised or expected, which made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. I request you to look into this matter seriously and ensure better room allocation and maintenance standards for your guests in the future.

The worst experience.. The cost of stay8 is too high compared to its services..The staff is very uncourteous.. Although one pays some additional money for booking through an online platform, it seems they have earmarked their worst rooms for these guests..

Staying in an area like kadapa, it's not fair to expect luxurious stays. Rooms were average. Food is decent where they tried to imbibe all south indian flavors. Hygiene food is served. Service is good. I would rate 3/5 for my overall experience

It’s an old lodge instead of a recent one, which is not worth the price. The blankets are not washed properly, and there are rusted and stained objects around.

Property is a bit old but at a convenient location in the city. Spacious and clean rooms. Polite and courteous staff. Tasty and quality food. It is the best property to stay and eat, compared to other properties in the city. There is a lot of scope to update the property to the latest standards and attract more guests.

Room was ok but bathroom was run-down. Room service excellent. Food quality excellent. Small lifts and only one operating - no easy facility to climb upstairs.

Receiving not so warm but upto mark and having no compaints. Happy to have upgraded room with no extra cost, and the mini suite having sufficient space found very clean, bed sheets, towels are found very neat and clean; room service is prompt; the complimentary breakfast including all south indian snacks and puri, bread, egg etc served hot and delicious. Overall experience is very good and it is recommended for others.
