hotel was very nice and nearest to the station you can easily reach overall good experience 👍

House keeping is very poor no hygiene hotels and hotels members was not cooperative and during checkout unwanted money seeking and my experience is very bad

poor service room hygiene very bad. this is my first and last stay in the hotel athithi galaxy..... very poor management.........

only positive point is location otherwise it's not a value for money hotel. it's a lodge not a hotel

Team was not good .. He given bad room ...after multiple complaints....he change my room with taking 500 extra

There was no water, ventilation was not in the room, it was smelling badly nd there was a cover of dust over bedsheet. Plaster of the room fell of on me while having dinner, 😭😭 overall it was terrible and at checkout at 8:00 am counter person was asking for some money as i was online customer 😔

Room was dirty and there were mosquitoes. Not a pleasant experience. Room was smelly so I was not comfortable at all.

Here food rate very expensive compared than outside , and also the there's have no ac rooms 😕 drinking water at room is not safely

my family is very happy with this stay. room is very good and so ventilated. spacewise is good.staff and restaurant facilities are available and good quality food 👌.

I am stay hotel for my exam purpose but hotel staff is very stupid they knock the door in midnight and say please change your room without any reason and the new room fan is horrible it is like fall down in my head so i leave the hotel in midnight due toh this non sense things

The bathroom was not clean. There was no cleaning at all. There was dirt. The room was small. Even the dustbin was not clean.
