Hotel Shantey

Hotel owner was not ready to give room for make my trip booking. He was refusing for room as the make my trip tarrif was low. After providing the room which was below standard, he refused to give basic amenities like towel, shops. Without towel, how a person take a bath ? experience was very terrible. I never suggest anyone to book that hotel

The staff was very helpful, room was clean but the only factor was that there was something maybe mouse in the ac that did make some noise in the night. And there wasn't any hot water in personal bathroom.

this is not a 3 star hotel please don't book this hotel if you think it's 3 star. Doesn't have basic facilities, fitted with broken accesories, broken fan/ac, broken flush, hand spray, frequent power cuts, unhygienic and unclean, sparsely maintained. The whole room just has 2 led bulbs! service is absolutely pathetic, non-existent room service/cleaning. Smelly bath towels and noisy/busy street. This is not a hotel, this is a joke. Especially at the unjustifiably high price.

The location and ambience is good, marred however by garbage bins kept in the passage way and unclean balconies. Got a jolt from the faucet as the electrical earthling was faulty. They changed my room but despite such a great ambience and prompt room service a little more attention to cleanliness would be welcome.

The bathroom floor was very muddy and the room itself wasn't clean. We found used bedsheets and towels stuff in cabinets and behind the door. Measures except for the receptionist wearing a mask. The overall cleppanliness was extremely substandard.

Hotel location best staff good behaviour

Caretaker of the property was cooperative and polite. Location was convenient. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Sanitation and facilities were as per our expectations. It is definitely a recommended property.

The location was not that great, it was in a shabby area. The room was average and clean. I will not recommend this property to the family who wants to stay there. I did not like the property that much.

Reaching the property was difficult. The reception person was not behaving in a good way, the lady was not helpful. They did not welcome me properly. The room was nice and clean, I liked it.

The rooms are nothing like the pictures, the lobby, the entrance is nothing like this. These are all fake pictures. The rooms are standard general rooms.
