Very good hotel

Hotel property is very good. It is located in main area of city. So it is easy to go any where in city. Room cleanness is very good. Room service is also good. Ture value for money.

Terrible Stay

Third class stay. Nothing like management. Instead of customer address in bill, narrated hotel address and not narrated company name and gst number in bill. Upon asking to send revised bill in courier first they denied and than ask to pay courier charges. Never book this hotel even if it is free.

Sir, There was an issue in the billing software regarding Company Profile that’s why we requested you to give us some time to solve the issue, but you were in hurry and we tell you that we can E-mail your bill but you refused and said I need hard copy only and left Hotel with incorrect bill. Then, We have solved the issue and corrected the bill as you requested with company name, gst number and address and E-Mailed it to you and also sent it to your whatsApp number after talked with you.

Nothing was kept ready. No drinking water was kept or seen to the need. Hence every time we had to request for hot water. Bath water was not so hot. Very luke warm. Towels were not kept on the day of our arrival. We requested family suit with three beds for adults but it was not provided. Bedsheets needs to provide in a hygienic way. We spent nights peacefully. No disturbance. Service was good.
