Far away from main city in remote area

You had to ask for the basic things. Receptionist was rude. And no water in bathroom. We had to leave hotel without shower.

Hotel view awesome with good management

The location was fine, nearby surroundings are good. Service was nice. Room was neat and clean, but proper facilities like bedding were not available. Rate was little high, not Worth for money. Staff behavior was polite.

Location is too good. Natural and scenic. Food was really too good and tasty. Services were excellent. Must go and stay.

I loved the view from the room, I could See the River, sunrise and the whole scenery was very beautiful. The view from the room was too good. The service of the Hotel was quick but there was no intercom facility at the Hotel. The staff was polite and very helpful. The room was not too good, cleanliness of the room was also average. I liked the food they provided to me, the taste was very good along with the variety and my requirements.

Hotel location is the best. Hotel is away from national highway but is on the main road to Panapari. So you don't have to worry about picking luggage. Plus it is very close to main palampur market approx 15 minutes drive. Very near to chamunda Devi mandir. 30 minutes drive. There is neugal river/khad right in front of hotel. With dhauladhar range view. Sunrise is seen from some rooms and hotel front as well where you can stand and enjoy the breathtaking view. It is exactly like it is shown in pictures and more beautiful, food was nice, according to prices were very good on budget, service - service was good. I think we were the only guests in the hotel at that time as we went off season. But the service was really up to the mark. I am really happy that visited this hotel. If you want to stay in Palampur. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone. it's small hotel. Has a lot of parking space is surrounded by fields and river, they provided thick warm and clean blankets, everything was nice.
