Review Of HOTEL ARIEL

it is a very basic lodge but not a hotel , Roadside parking, no security, Hotel is on 2&3 Floor, no lift, old linen / bed sheets , and changed from earlier occupancy, roo is dusty, bath rooms are outdated and stinking , No AC and all doors are locked so no ventilation and suffocation. Added, as it is being on the road all the trucks start entering the city after 10 pm , so the entire night you have a horrible high pitch noise and can't sleep. :-(

Fooding was not so good but room was good and a mountain view was very nice loved it stuff was good and well mannered it's a 2* star hotel if they can improve in fooding it will be great and pricing is also lit bit expensive according to service rest is all 👍

It was comfortable, staff is good and location for me was convenient. Food was average and there are no other amenities.

The property is located at a very good location. All staff are very polite. The premises of the hotel is very clean. The room service is very fast. The price is little bit higher. Food quality is ok type.

Overall stay was very pleasant and the room service was very punctual too. However it would be good if it's was a 24x7 hotel or the closing timings be pushed further.

I had travelled to Kohima last week for my work. I had done online booking for the stay at Hotel Ariel through Make my Trip based on the property photos on the website. I also opted for it as it was convenient for me to travel to my work place from Hotel Ariel. The 3 day's stay at the hotel was really wonderful. The stay was safe and comfortable. The staff is very sincere, helpful and polite. The cleanliness at hotel is maintained at the upmost level.

The rooms were really nice and spacious. Added to it the hospitality of the staff was something i would admire the most. Whenever i needed something, it would get resolved within a few minutes. Would love to visit again soon.
