HOTEL ARIEL

The room was as advertised. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Exceptionally clean rooms and bathroom. Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Location was good considering our requirement. Two wheeler taxi stand is situated just outside the hotel. The building houses Kiwi Mart, an amazing convenience store.

The hotel is close to the airport and looks new and nice. However following are my reasons to give a strict 3* 1. we were given a room in 3rd floor but the elevator wasn't working so it was very difficult for my 80year old mother to climb. 2. Given the charges and amenities provided, I think the room rate should have included breakfast 3. Portions served in our dinner and breakfast order were less at the given price 4. Finally the room had big cobwebs in ceiling and walls and the lighting of the rooms need to improve.

it is a very basic lodge but not a hotel , Roadside parking, no security, Hotel is on 2&3 Floor, no lift, old linen / bed sheets , and changed from earlier occupancy, roo is dusty, bath rooms are outdated and stinking , No AC and all doors are locked so no ventilation and suffocation. Added, as it is being on the road all the trucks start entering the city after 10 pm , so the entire night you have a horrible high pitch noise and can't sleep. :-(

Fooding was not so good but room was good and a mountain view was very nice loved it stuff was good and well mannered it's a 2* star hotel if they can improve in fooding it will be great and pricing is also lit bit expensive according to service rest is all 👍
