Review Of Hotel Apna Palace

I reserved two suite rooms (412 & 401) at hotel apna palace, but upon arrival, i was informed that the central ac was malfunctioning, and they only had two executive rooms available with split acs. They assigned me rooms 201 & 202, but room 202 was still occupied by the previous guest, who barged in late at night, disturbing my sleeping parents. The situation escalated to involve the police due to allegations of missing jewelry. This ordeal lasted until 3 am. The hotel should refrain from advertising ac rooms if they cannot guarantee functioning ac services.

Work related stay. . No restaurant. No proper expected service. Property is huge but not maintained properly. Flush was not working, changed room but new issue was there. Light switches were not turning off so had to stay with lights turned on. Miserable.

Overall stay was good, i have booked it for 4 nights. Room was neat and clean, staff was polite, humble and helpful. Service was fast and prompt. Location vice good. Breakfast was tasty with multiple options negative points- wi-fi was not available, for dinner and lunch you have to go out or order from outside.

The staff was really good and the service was awesome.🙂 Drawbacks: Wifi and tv was not working Rest all good 👍

The room service of the hotel is worst no professionalism is there, ac was not working in the hotel after making several complaint no one responded.

Firstly the hotel on checkin was not available as hotel was not intimated about the scheduled stay at hotel. Room was made available only after waiting of 45 mins to 1 hour and that to rooms were not cleaned properly including dirty washrooms and insufficient amenities. Even after changing the rooms the facility as said in booking voucher like free wifi, tv (all channels were not available), ac ( not working ), food in restaurant ( only selected items were available), intercom and cooperation from staff ( as only one person was available for all the hotel work) was not available as per the satisfaction.

Hotel was OK OK, room was fine.

Very poor unprofessional service, cleanliness missing, no hot water in bathroom despite repeated requests for it

Poor quality hotel and service. Towel was used and had to asked for fresh towel which came after 20 minutes. Not hot water running. Staff lacks professionalism and overall cleanliness is issue.

Not Worth for money, bed spread is not clean, bed sheet was not clean, horrible wash room

Location of Hotel is excellent. Food provided was good at reasonable price. Would like to stay again.

Hotel rooms and location is good. Maintained the services and food is also good.

Shows 3 room: (1). Rainwater leaking in room. (2). 2nd room hygiene is poor. (3). 3rd room is so so and AC also not working.

I gave 1 star because there is no option of zero. Despite of repeated complaints, the AC was switched off from the reception area. Finally, they switched it on at 1 am and again it was off in no time. Finally, I had to shift the room at 5 am.
