The room assigned to me lacked cleanliness. I had to call housekeeping twice just to get it broomed, and even then it didn’t feel properly clean. The phone was sticky and unpleasant to use. While the room size was good, the hotel overall needs better maintenance, especially in terms of cleanliness.

Property's food was average. Location is best as it is at central place of kolhapuri. Facilities provided in the hotel are need but needs to improve cleanliness in addition.

Charging for Early CheckIn inspite of the pre-request isnt much appreciated wherein Rooms were lying empty. Secondly, Complementary B/fast is not at all worth. They just have 4 items throughout the day. No point in opting for in house b/fast. Overall a below par experience for such High prices and far away from Temple. Can opt in only for those travellers with PureVeg as mandatory requirement in this area.

The bed was not clean. We were provided with torn blankets. Only very limited item in breakfast.

Room which had given was road touch and lot of noise were there. We have mentioned, quiet room, still they give us the road facing room. Bathroom was clogy, they need to work on it cleaniness was poor

Bathroom were very dirty. They have not maintained hygiene. Shower was not working and commode was very dirty, not cleaned. Bedsheets were stained. Not worth the price paid for the room. Room no 301

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
