Advice to everyone never go there teribel experience rude staff nothing inside

hotal staff is not good and misbehave and arguments with me on adar card address.and there is no power backe up light kafi bar gai but hotel staff ne jenerater nahi chalu kiya koi ganto bina light ke gujare hotel me power backup nahi h

breakfast not good, Light back up not available, loudly sounds till late night

hot water not working ac remote not working not cleanliness intercom not working dirty washroom

Very good hotel and very courteous staff and restaurant is good.

Hotel staff was very good, room cleaning was very good, service was also very good.

We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel had a beautiful garden and cozy reading nooks. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

i recently stayed at hotel amba ambience in hathras, and i am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my experience. First, i ordered dinner at 8 pm, and it was not served until 11:30 pm. This delay was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. Additionally, i noticed significant cleanliness issues throughout the hotel, which made my stay uncomfortable. The hospitality service was also far below expectations. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, which added to my frustration. Furthermore, the hotel was very costly given the poor quality of services provided. Overall, my experience at hotel amba ambience was unexpectedly bad and disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the standards of this hotel to prevent future guests from having a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Okay and staff is very good and then cleaning is not good but i am satisfying and other services is very good and room ac is very poor quality

Not upto the mark in cleaness, wifi was working at reception area only, room lock was not working properly

They were knocking my door at 2:00 am. The manager was on shift that time was rude and arrogant and was making alit if nuisance. Pathetic!

Poor hospitality. Poor reception. Poor room service. Poor facilities. Delayed room service. No water. No towels. Washrooms wet and dirty. Housekeeping very poor. Staff arrogant.
