Nice location , good staff, close to Taj Mahal

The location is good, staff behaviour can be improved especially the housekeeping.

The location is good but no food is there in the hotel , they used to order from outside whatever we give to them. Staff service was good BTW.

We got a room on the ground floor. Tiles were broken. sockets were broken too. The bad smell of drain was all over the room. I will recommend you not to get by the low price. Don't book this room. Go for something better.

It's located near by from taj and all the local markets are also close it was a nice experience there ..

The rooms were smelly and the taps in the bathroom were not working. The bed sheets and pillows were dirty too. The staff were especially rude.

I booked this awesome hotel for Stay and every experience was nice During Stay, After 2 days when I reached my home I found that I left my personal Expensive Belongings at the Hotel, and that same time I thought that I will not be able to get my things back, But when I called at the property Guess what, they had kept my personal belongings Safely and also they said me to provide my address so that they can Courier it to me. I mean I never thought that I am going to get my items back. and also they paid for the Courier charges. I will never forget this in my life. Everything good but they turn the AC off in the morning. this is not acceptable at all. If I paid for AC room, why do they turn the AC off in the morning.

average stay, not so good amenities

Let's start with some good points the location and the connectivity via online service.but the problem started from the reception the staff was not trained that is still manageable.but when I go to the doms are not cleaned someone's else laggage was there at my bed side locker The bedsheet on my bed was from northern railways . Then at night I ordered a thali that is not available after that I ordered aalo paratha that was not good in taste and then I goo to sleep for some reason the owner was playing with the ac on/off switch and there is only on fan in the room. All night I had a problem while sleeping due to the hot room temperature.

The overall experience is good. It’s in a perfect location and walking distance from the East gate of Tajmahal. The staffs are very friendly.

It was a quick checkin and comfortable stay. Was there for a day but enjoyed the say and also like the cleanliness drive
