the Hotel is in a good location but the behaviour of the staff is not too good

There was no room booked in hotel for us through MMT. The manager arranged a room in some other hotel which was located in a street with no parking facility , no food, poor cleanliness.

Poor services.

perfect location and safety.. good hotel for short stay..even they don't have food and beverages facilities..bathroom are clean, all over Ok for short stay .. little expensive as per facilities they are giving.. room rent should not be more

Room ws not clean, paint bucket is kept fr ac waste water. Rusted dustbin was kept near d bed and co-loured spitted bin in washroom. We stay d ere fr half n hour and left. We decided to come back delhi and sleep at our home and when cm bck fr luggage-no 1 was dere. We just entered at 00. 30-take our bag and left. It means ths ws terribly unsafe. And when i called next day to reception, receptionist disconnect d call while hearing b4 my call finished. Anyways, if they wl take care for this, its helpful to owner only.

Hotel was very clean and in good condition

Nice hotel.

It is very poor hotel. Room was dirty and bathrooms are connected in the upper side to other room bathroom. There is no kitchen or pantry in the hotel, they bring food from outside and give it to customers.

When I enter in the room toilet was used and also dirty and their is no supply in the room.

Room was good according to Hathras it is one of the best hotel. But even though it is winter season hot water was not available. This is the main issue to resolve and of quick power backup.

Staff behaviour is very rude.

The Hotel room is neat and clean, room was spacious. But bathroom was very small in size and no window was there for ventilation. Hotel location was good and easy to find out. Hotel service was good. Over all my stay was nice. And comfortable.

Confirm book the room change room in booking time

Staff is not so polite, you will have to carry your luggage to your room yourself. When you call reception it look that Hotel staff is giving favor to you. All night disturbance, you cannot sleep properly. One room voice can easily be hear in other room from was room.

Please advise for drinking water and talking with customer manners.
Room service is very bad and manners less talking with coustmer no provide drinking water.

Stay just OK. No food and beverages. Dirty and used towels even in super deluxe room. Not worth this tariff. Not recommend if any alternative available.
