the staf is very good . they balance all the thik and the palace is very cuite and clean also .and I cant feel any kinde or uncountable and frustration in hotel . all necessary thing are done by hotel staf . and receptionist have very gentle behaviour...

v nice ..and well managed hotel......staffs are very kind and co operative....rooms are very clean ..... bathrooms are clean

Horrible stayin room 203, AC without control, TV only half working, no hot water, door lock and handle damage, no window, toilet door damage, cleaning overall good.

I was forced to sit outside the hotel for over 2 hours, which was humiliating and unacceptable. The overall experience was horrible, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel due to their unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.”

Very good hotel in durg. Travelled there a lot of times, I stay at there only. Staff is very polite and helpful. Everything is pleasant. Just one suggestion if possible try covering sheets on Blanket and use washed one everything someone checks in. Used blanket without covering is not hygienic.
