Well i reached around an hour and a half before the check in time and still the staff were very welcoming and helped me check in. The rooms were pretty decent and comfortable and were clean too. The plumbing was a bit confusing but it was all good. Would stay again.

Although the staff were really hospitable and they allowed a free late check out for my aged parents, there are few pressing issues that needs to be highlighted: 1. The mattress was entirely damaged. The spring inside was broken. 2. No provision of drinking water. 3. Ac not working properly 4. There was no room and bathroom cleaning bedsheet change for three days even when we asked them multiple times. 5. Entrance mattress was totally torn. We have been staying at alfa inn whenever we visit bangalore, but this time it was really heartbreaking to see that the facilities have deteriorated so much.

The hotel is very basic, with very less amenities. It’s not good for staying long.

Location is good but the room was full of small cockroaches. And the staff of this hotel is also not reliable.

I was given non ac room. But i paid for ac room

Air-conditioner didn't work. The

Stay was very bad, because ac not working properly, and i complaint to the manager, but manager told me ac is not working. He can't change our room. So many time i complaints cleaning and ac not working, and room not safe. Window complaint so mosquito come inside and not sleep whole days.

The google map location and the actual location does not match. I had to travel extra distance and pay more for the taxi. The hotel staff said that this was the last room available, but fan was not working, thankfully at-least ac was operational.

I booked it on urgent basis and they have me the best room they had. The location is feasible and staff cooperative. Their services were fine and the people accommodating. It was a relaxing experience.

One of the most polite staff you will meet. I was a female solo person residing in the hotel. And never had any questions about safety. They also serve food on order. The rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely value for the money paid. Also Forum Mall is right in front of the hotel. (Takes 4min and a road cross to reach. Would recommend to everyone.

Great location and easily accessible and visible from the main road (Right opposite to Forum Mall, Hosur Road). Courteous hotel staff. Clean and well maintained. All good facilities Rooms are bit small though. Value for money. Need to find an alternative for parking.

The room was clean and cozy. The staff at the hotel are really friendly and I had no trouble during my stay. The location is perfect with forum mall just across the street and many food joints close to the hotel.

Good .. Room are small and congested ... Clean over all. No hot water is provided ... Food is not that good .. But room service is okay. The location is very good. Very easy to find. Just opposite to forum mall.
