Property- nice Location- on the roadside,fantastic Food- very nice Facilities- all are good. Clean environment, good staffs with good behaviour. Room was excellent with adequate facilities.

I was informed by the hotel staff that the property is currently under major renovation and that they had already notified about the same. However, due to what they described as a system glitch at end, the property continued to accept reservations despite being non-operational. The hotel staff were courteous enough to show me a few rooms; however, the situation was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, and the lobby area was cluttered with renovation materials. Furthermore, essential guest services such as the kitchen, swimming pool, club facilities, toiletries, and even hot water supply were non-functional. As I was traveling with my wife and son, the hotel staff themselves advised me not to stay, citing an inability to provide basic hospitality, safety, and security during the ongoing renovation. This left me with no option but to seek alternative accommodation immediately. When I requested a refund, the hotel staff informed me that only has the authority to process refunds for online bookings. I sincerely hope will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves, take immediate corrective action, and ensure that appropriate refunds

Poor Experience.

First this is NOT a hotel, it is banquet with some rooms. This we got to know once we reached there. We booked 2 rooms and we're given very small room of 10 x 8 1 room had AC problem and other room had toilet flush problem.. AC did not work till mid night after putting all efforts, they made us change the room at 12:45 am MIDNIGHT. New room had one light fused in bathroom. Spending one night was horrible.. Poor

The room they provided was not good, as there was drilling work going on outside. I also complained about it, but no action was taken from their side. Secondly, the gym was not up to the mark — it lacked proper equipment. Lastly, the breakfast menu was very limited and needs improvement.

If you are looking for a hotel that's reeking of infrastructural issues , vomit inducing room views .All rooms have a view of garbage dumps .The hotel is highly understaffed and when you ask for housekeeping,the staff will not change your bedsheets and pillow covers despite the bedsheets having a weird smell .Dinner was fine on the 1st day but the next day the potato and onion were contaminated. Thee menu contained many options but only 1/4th of it was are so thin you can listen sound of TV of another room .The cherry on the cake was the seepage problem in every room and the ****** room gets filled with water from the bathroom whenever you go to take a staff was nice but the management is highly incompetent

Food was great, specially breakfast. Scrambled eggs were best. Parking space was good. Location is wonderful. Rooms were spacious. Pillows are best that I have hot in hotels of this range. Improvement is required in room maintenance. Overall good Experience.

A paradise for party person with good stay experience @ family function

Located on airport road, just @ outskirts of bhind-gwalior, away from city traffic, vast space with ample parking,big infra with glorious decor & multiple party halls and celebration points & pool party, neat & clean premises, well supporting staff & front desk (except Mr Jitendra @ help desk👎🏻) food served @ party lawns was "good" with varieties & multiple options.....but breakfast experience @ "Moti Mahal" was OK OK....can be improved with little efforts like increased options & more friendly staff behaviour Ready to help with smiling face supporting staff(guard/watchman/ cleaning/bell boy) especially Mr kaushlendra 🙂 cons 1. TV provided but of no use( none of tv channels subscribed) 2. No kid's play area 3. AC was not working on 2nd day of stay 4. Intercom service was out of order
