Terrible experience, can't sleep due to bad smell bed sheets and blanket were not clean. The washroom was not clean, the hotel is also clean. Overall we had a very bad experience.

Room was good and specious, but hot water not available due to maintenance problem also curtains open close not possible, rest is OK, food was delicious and staff is co operative.

Rooms are on 2nd floor and reception on 1st floor. Stairs have to be used which is difficult for aged people. Room service is good. Food quality is also good. Staff is cordial.
