Hotel Sun City

it's an bad experience that I have seen in my hole journey these was bad experience The room was in an unhygienic condition and had various maintenance issues that reflected negligence. I encountered some specific issues as well. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, the air-conditioning was barely functioning, 4 times your staff change my room due to bad condition of your room, some room was unhygienic , tv not working properly, the bed sheet of room not clean,washroom was very unhygienic , mosquitoes was flying in washroom and very bad condition of washroom, towels are not clean, i am very disappointed of your service , next time I am not staying in your hotel , and your manager was not understand what I am saying that . I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and take the necessary actions. Please address these issues immediately, as they severely tarnish your property’s reputation. Thank you for your prompt attention to these matters.

Very poor quality for rooms & smell is too much from rooms & no room service provide this hotel menu charged like a 5 star hotel & quality like a 3rd class

property is not good. I didn't expected Oyo style stay.it was too average according to price for Deluxe Room. hospitality is also not appropriate.

Hotel was clean. Staff behaviour was good. Good quality was not up to the mark. Local conveyance was easily available

All pictures are of another hotel which is very good but actual hotel where i was stayed that is terrible. Reception is on second floor and my health is not ok so i have mentioned in remark to provide room in ground floor but property is totally different as per in pics. This is not acceptable, You have to refund complete amount, my last night is terrible as i was very tired and checked in late night. Extremely disappointed.

Receptionist was not trained at all in hospitality. Casual approach.

A decent hotel in the center of the city bathinda, rooms in new building are very specious and good. Service was quick, but they need to work on their food taste, the food was just average.
