Clarks Inn Bathinda

Property was good and ambience was good but service was poor and the staff was short only two or three persons were running everywhere and as promised they promised us about the buffet breakfast and buffet was not there and the reason they gave that the main chef was not present so stay was average

Food is good but Room service is average. in the Bathroom hot water coming on all the tapes location is in Higway.. nice

Very far to city and washroom is very small Ac is not working at night food is average. If you want to one day stay, it's fine, but longer stay is not good. This hotel is only for marriage. I think.

The location is good and close to the lake, it has ample amount of parking space. The in-room dining food was excellent. Check-in and check out was seem less

everything in the room was so dirty we told them to change the sheet and pillow cover they brought new one they were also dirty worst room service please dont book this

Hi it was a terrible experience when I ask the receptionist the day I was checking out that can I get my invoice she said the printer is not working then she promise me that she is going to go WhatsApp me my invoice of the dinner which I ordered last night from the day I check out and then I called her constantly to which she never replied up my call and never shared my invoice

Good cooperative Staff . property is little bit outside of town . but its very peaceful and newly build. Rooms are spacious. breakfast is Good but dinner is ok. you get limited options if you are a health conscious person. quality of food is Good. alu Parantha in morning super a must to taste . over all Good to stay .

AC is not working. I also complaint but that boy said it will take some time to cool so u was tried and I sleep but till morning AC was not working and morning breakfast is also worst. Clark’s inn is a famous name in hotel industry but they are acting like they are running oyo hotel.

property is well located. The needs a lot of training in being polite and their response to the guests. They need to be more helpful and forthright.

Its a newly opened property with few staff (staff is trying their best) and lots of things to look at. In the entire property you find a lasting smell/bad odor as its not used, the floor itself is sticky to walk at some places. Their is no rooftop bar as claimed, I had taken two suite rooms and photos of incomplete construction is attached. (Only 1 single suite room has a bath tub, rest no suite rooms have bath tub), the suite rooms look empty and does not have proper furniture. I had to call to get the ACs working, TVs were not working. Bed sheets and linen were not clean and I had to ask to replace them in both the rooms. All in all, don't expect the Clarks level and think of it as a normal stay & then there will be no disappointment.

Service is very poor, wrong food served after so many reminders, wifi was not working and even not a single towel in washroom. It's very pathetic stay

Nice place to visit in your trip ,nice view , luxury quite and good in budget ,awesome food veg or non-veg , well behaviour staff .

Rooms are poorly maintained and hygiene level in terrible. The toilet was dirty. There were a bunch of hair on the room floor. No one answers the phone at the reception and took service. There was one security guard at the reception who had to do everything from taking orders to serving them to clearing the cutlery. The amenities in the bathroom were half used. The electrical switches were dirty. No cleanliness whatsoever.
