We had a truly wonderful stay. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described.Mr Sanjay was a fantastic host welcoming, responsive and thoughtful throughout our visit. The property is in a housing colony where stray dogs are in full numbers and the whole night they barked like anything. There was no care taker in the property, I took the keys by myself. Too many mosquitoes inside and no repellents provided. Being on the ground floor is too noisy outside as kids play till 11pm at night and people pass by talking. The water pump is also very noisy and the same operates for long hours. My office calls got hampered due noise pollution, power cuts and improper wifi strength. Not suitable for people who like silence, safety and hygiene.

very good 1 bhk with every facility including kitchen utensils and gas. Excellent stay in this price. The caretaker is very polite and helpful. Smooth check in and check out. Provide room three hours prior to check in time.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in Delhi. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms, food, and location is excellent. I especially want to thank for taking such good care of me. He's a wonderful person like all staff here. I highly recommend it!
