I am not sure about home stay, But 1. Rooms are costly, It was without basic guest amenities such as - Water Bottle, Soap, Tooth Paste and Towel 2. Furniture could be updated. 3. The bathroom's Jet Pump was not working. 4. No exceptional features 5. The lack of cleanliness Recommendation If you're ignoring the above point then it's pretty for staying.
