The hotel is located near Godowlia Chowk inside a very narrow lane that wasn’t disclosed clearly during booking. The original rooms were small and dingy, and since we were a group of seven, we downgraded to a dormitory, losing ₹4000 already paid to MMT. Due to heavy rain, the lane was waterlogged with filthy sewage, and walking in it repeatedly was unavoidable. I had confirmed before booking that autos were easily available, but no one mentioned that Godowlia Chowk remains closed after 8 a.m., forcing us to walk 1–2 km with senior citizens. The owner was kind enough to waive tea and water charges and give an extra room, but overall the stay was inconvenient.
