pros 1. the rooms are really nice and spacious 2. management is quite helpful 3. there is geyser in the rooms so warm water is not an issue cons : no cab service available

very good stay everything was nice except the morning tea/ breakfast which is not available in hotel or nearby places.

The hotel stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was ok. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was convenient. Wi-fi was occasionally slow, but overall, it was a ok.

I would like to share my experience regarding my recent stay at hotel, which was unfortunately quite disappointing: The hotel is located in a very remote area, making accessibility difficult. There was no room service or room boy assistance throughout the stay. Hygiene standards were poor, and the bedsheets provided were of substandard quality. There was no power backup facility, and we experienced continuous power failures during our stay. Considering the room conditions and services, the pricing is unreasonably high. Lastly, the staff was unprofessional and extremely rude in their behavior.

Good comfortable

The stay was good. It is a new property so one can expect cleanliness etc. The reception folks are nice and courteous and rooms are good.

Room ambience is very good and neat. Washrooms are hygienic and comfortable place overall. I will recommend this place for every one.

They have to improve their customer service, they are not much responsive and the check in and check out timings. But the rooms were good and hygiene that is the only thing i recommend.

It's a new property. Rooms are budget friendly & clean. No restaurant available. Staff are friendly.

Staff was not up to the mark, they provided me a different room and ask for extra 700- charge which is not acceptable

It was a very good stay. New building. It was a really large room and cleanly maintained. There was no attached restaurant but room service available from a nearby restaurant. Food quality was good. Bit far from the town. But local transport available in front of hotel.
