Newly built. Difficult to find on Google maps. Had to call for directions. Bedsheets were discolored & had to ask for extra sheets. One of our rooms bathroom wasn’t draining properly. Staff was helpful.

Location of property is very nearer to temple. Rooms are clean and looks like newly built. Food dinning is not there but coffee tiffins are arranged by staff if required. Staff is helpful. Parking is available. I recommend this hotel for good stay.

The stay at gowthami residency was a very decent experience. The highlight being the close proximity to the temple. Rooms were huge with ample space for parking. Linen, cupboards, toilets and overall rooms were neat. Initially, we were unable to figure out how to get the hot water. But, after a word with the hotel staff, we were able to use the hot water too. Very courteous and helpful hotel staff. Checkin and checkout was hassle free and smooth. Although, there is no restaurant attached, but, there was a man serving coffee/tea in the morning. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay at gowthami residency. Totally, recommend it.

It's very near to the temple. Has good parking lot. Facilities in the rooms were good including hot water facility. Staff are nice.

Accommodation is not that great. Close proximity to the temple and people's response is good. It's a little difficult to find the hotel with google maps. Though they said the solar water heater is there, no hot water either in the evening or morning. No attached restaurant.

I really liked the stay. The rooms are very neat and spacious. The staff is also very helpful. Car parking is also available. And walkable distance to the main temple
