Clean and neat rooms. Close to all scenic points. Coffee and food were brought from outside as per what we ordered.

Excellent location. Very near to scenery location Rooms Very clean. Seems to be new property. More rooms are under construction. Food to order from outside.

we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were maintained well and the host was very responsive and friendly. Perfect for a family stay in maredumilli within budget. The AC and geyser were functioning well and there was a power backup. We were also provided with a kettle to boil milk for our kid. They arranged food from a near by restaurant which was tatsy.There are no other common amenities other than the rooms when we went there. we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were maintained well and the host was very responsive and friendly. Perfect for a family stay in maredumilli within budget.

1. Property food - There was none at the time of my visit 2. Location - Excellent location, but the time I visited could not be worse, there was no food or breakfast place open , that place was undergoing development, the shops were bulldozed. 3. Facilities - I am sure it's a wonderful place to visit but as a first time visitor after 9 hrs of drive and see no place to eat or drink it's quite disappointing. They person in charge did get us dinner one time but I found a nail 📍 on the food. Take proper information about the area before visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Avanthi Grand Hotel, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of wonderful. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, adding to the overall sense of comfort and care. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service.

I loved the room and the maintenance in general. My family is happy with the overall experience at the place. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay longer in the property because of change in plans.

Rooms are ok with the price being paid, service is good, hotel people and friendly and they help you with any queries.

Rooms are clean & neat. Hot water is not adequately hot. Evening camp fire was expected, but it was not there!

Service is good. Property is in good location and amenities also good. We will stay in future trips. We will recomond to our friends to stay at the same hotel to their future trips.

We stayed at hotel for 3days, it’s a good accommodation, the staff responds quickly watever amenities we need, the hotel price also reasonable. The location of the hotel is very nearer to maredumalli and there is a good location of surrounding by the hotel. Final it’s a good stay
