Review Of Good Morning Paying Guest House

On arrival I was offered 3rd floor room, while I booked 1st floor. On my insisting I was allowed 1st floor, again in morning they asked me to shift, by that time I had verified my booking, and had to show on mobile. It was not a pleasant experience. I had paid higher charges and they offered a small room. They also did not gave me toiletry and towel. There was no wardrobe and chair in room as claimed by the hotel. It entirely a bad experience. And now I have a feel why I did not book through "OYO" which I will do next time.

The stay was average overall. Bathroom doors couldn't get locked from inside in both the rooms, water went out one time and the room door lock wasn't working properly as well in one of the rooms. Cleanliness was satisfactory and staff behaviour was also very supportive and responded quickly to the problems.
