The description is incorrect. The bathroom and room is average. And the one thing that is missing is the location - this is in a narrow, very congested, dirty lane- no car can get to it. If you open your window, you will be staring into your neighbour’s room ( next door house) - and vice versa. My family and i ended up staying at another hotel in joshiyara overlooking the ganga - at half the price and far cleaner look and feel

Location is near from uttarkashi bus station. Nice stay. Manager was very helpful. Clean room and bathroom.

Near to bus stand and the manager was very helpful. Kashi vishwanath temple and also bhagirathi river is at a distance of 400 meters

*1/5 Stars - Avoid Gomukh Hotel Uttarkashi at All Costs* My experience with Gomukh Hotel Uttarkashi was absolutely appalling. Upon arrival, they didn't even have a room ready for us. When we forced the issue, they reluctantly provided a room on the 3rd floor. The worst part? We had a handicapped person with us, and they didn't even have a working elevator or lift! The staff was incredibly rude and uncooperative. To make matters worse, the hotel's location is a nightmare. It's situated in a narrow, uneven street that's inaccessible by car. There was no proper lighting, making it a safety hazard. *Zero Stars for Customer Service, Cleanliness, and Accessibility* If you value your safety and comfort, stay far, far away from Gomukh Hotel Uttarkashi. We're extremely disappointed and frustrated with our experience. This is a FRAUD PROPERTY and people running this pathetic hotel are Goons. Appeal to all Yatri Avoid this hotel as they are fraud and can even harm you if you raise your voice. WE DID NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AND DECIDED TO MOVE TO NEW PROPERTY.
