Room was excellent, however need lot of improvement in breakfast

Even though I took the Aircon suite there was no window in the room. So room was gloomy and had no natural light. Service was good. People were helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for a day, and everything was absolutely perfect! The service was outstanding — the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The hotel is at a good location and it’s very clean. The only problem I faced was that all the amenities which were supposed to be there in the room were not provided like hair dryer, slippers. Overall it was a good experience. The staff too were polite

It was a terrible experience at the Golden Fortune Inn hotel. When I entered the hotel, it was nothing like the photos shown at the time of booking. While checking in and entering my room, I found that the lights were not working properly, and the staff were not supportive. It was such a horrible experience that I immediately decided to leave the hotel. I discussed the matter with the hotel manager regarding cancellation and refund, but he refused to provide any refund. Therefore, I request MakeMyTrip to follow up with the hotel and arrange a refund for the two nights for which I did not use the room. Awaiting your reply.
