Review Of Golden Fortune Inn Hotel

It was a terrible experience at the Golden Fortune Inn hotel. When I entered the hotel, it was nothing like the photos shown at the time of booking. While checking in and entering my room, I found that the lights were not working properly, and the staff were not supportive. It was such a horrible experience that I immediately decided to leave the hotel. I discussed the matter with the hotel manager regarding cancellation and refund, but he refused to provide any refund. Therefore, I request MakeMyTrip to follow up with the hotel and arrange a refund for the two nights for which I did not use the room. Awaiting your reply.

Food , location,facilities, staffs behaviour.. Everything was very good..except tea.. Tea was👎😊

I stayed at balcony room and it was good. Staff is friendly and location is good . Breakfast is good South Indian dishes. And room service is excellent too

Location was very convenient , rooms were good and spacious ,good hygiene , polite and supportive staff from receptionist to housekeeping Restuarant food was very limited , Breakfast included continental and Indian , Except for bread slices , there was nothing else which was continental
