Review Of Gokulam Homestay

Room and service is good but reaching to this particular property is very hard. No proper way who goes by the car or even auto need to walk 50 Mts inside with skiddy path. For elders it’s very tough to reach. Though it is near to beach but tough to go by walk in rainy day. Host didn’t mention about the path earlier. My mom a bit old and hard to climb those steps and the trekking like path. Vacated with in 2 hrs since I can’t take risk of sliding down to property from main road with whole family around

Place is near to the beach. Manager (mr. Jay prakash) is very nice. He called me in advance to give directions for coming to their location. He helped in getting our luggage upto their property. Property is nice and i had a very good experience during my stay there. Thanks.

Satisfying, we booked Gokulam Beach Homestay for two days. The room was 12 ft x 12 ft with attached washroom. The room was clean but linen required cleaning and a change as one of the sheets was torn. The mattresses could have been more comfortable. The breakfast was liked by my wife however I was not impressed much as I feel it was cooked just to save money and tick mark that breakfast was served, a point to note that extra payment was made for the same. Tv was there but recharge not done. We were told that you pay extra to get it recharged but we really never felt the requirement of tv. There was a kitchen attached with the room and we could have warm water and make tea. The owner of the homestay Mr. Jayprakash was more than helpful. It is a very small property and away from road and beach but parking was provided by the owner. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Location was near to Kovalam Beach. Owner was co-operative. He personally took me to Beach and was so kind

Very good place to stay, you will feel like you are home. Kitchen is also available. Only 100 meters away from beach. Owner is very friendly.

Hotel is very cleaned. Hotel area peaceful. Near Light House beech. Management behavior very pleasant.

Came all the way to main road to pick up.

Kovalam is a good place for honeymooners, also for leisure traveler and gokulam home stay where we stay for 2 days is very good, close to beach, room is clean, ac good working, kitchen also equipped and must say about the honour of the gokulam home stay. He is very good., helpful. There are very places near to kovalam. The staff are good helpful also they arrange camp fire help us for travelling nearby places and the kovalam beach at last its beautiful decent from other beaches.

Location is a problem. Rooms are good and so was the manager but at times a bit too over enthusiastic. The room was too hot even in Feb, so you must need an AC for which you need to pay more 500 than non-AC. Sea Beach Lighthouse Beach is appx 400 m, the walkway was very narrow.
