hotel people are very helpful good service washroom is clean and neat reciving is extremely supportive

Rooms are Okaish if u r looking for rooms at reasonable price. So many mosquitoes are there. An extra bed was provided but the bed was not that comfortable as it was very thin.

1)general hygiene and neatness was decent 2)check in check out went smooth 3)no room ventilation whatsoever 4)basic minutes like soap, toothbrush, towels not provided 5)location accessible overall average experience

I really suggest make my trip because quick response and provide wonderful hotels

Very bad experience in room every thing is so dirty bed sheets and bed covers everything dirty smelling

It was a good stay. Room is ok. Washroom also ok. But parking is not available. If no vehicle then ok.

There's no lift. There is no good hotels nearby to have traditional foods and tiffin. A/c not working good. They tell you after short time, it will be chilled but nothing. But the behaviour of staff very good.

1. It was mentioned clearly in the booking confirmation that i can cancel with zero cancelation charges, if required. Unfortunately my trip is postponed but when i asked the makemytrip customer care to cancel my booking, she told its not refundable. How come it is non-refundable after you clearly mentioned that i can cancel until i check in?

Location near to all main areas and good room maintenence, couple friendly but staff was little irritating
