The property owner not providing me the checkout bill ( GST invoice) which checkout. I have already raised concern regarding this today(30th oct 2025) morning till now I have not received any reply or resolution for my struggle. I need to get it as I'm currently staying at outside. I need it immediately as I need to travel hyderabad.

Actually they provided only 1 water bottle for the entire stay. We booked the delux premium room which is the highest standard in that hotel. Even though the room was not upto expectations. And especially the length of the bed is not sufficient.

Actually my hotel timings are 12 to 12 but i get down my bus at 8am so straight away i went to sivarama inn, they said like sir you came early so we will collect 500- for early check in, then i said ok i have given 500- and i took room at (2-9-2024) 8:15am morning. In room maintenance was very bad, bed & bathroom was very dirty. Blacket seems like bedsheet, i have to check out my room at 12pm(3-9-2024) but they call me morning 9:30am and said sir you need to check out your room by 8:15am other wise we will charge 1 day extra amount. Very bad management.
