visited the Ginger Hotel in Noida, and I must say, I had a pretty pleasant experience. The service was top-notch, and I was really impressed by the staff. Prateek and Ajay were particularly helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with anything I needed. The food, crafted by Chef Bhole, was delicious! not good service
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with this phone. Within a short time of purchase, it started giving multiple problems. First, the screen/window broke far too easily, even though the phone was handled with care. For a device in this price range, the build quality is very poor and does not meet expectations.

I had booked a room with double bed but when I went to the room, I found double shepherd beds but they were attached together and second thing the room telephone was not working. Which also made it very difficult for me to order from restaurants.

Food was good but amenities poor. No towels, no one to provide, phone description of whom to contact not their. Housekeeping poor. Smoking room given to a nonsmoker female.

An average experience at the price charged. The property is neat and clean. Rooms are spacious. The interiors are a bit old now. Breakfast spread fine, can improve. Food quality n taste surely can improve.

recently stayed at the Ginger city center and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Prateek Pradyuman, the service boy. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. He offered great recommendations for local dining and was always quick to help with any requests. What stood out to me was his genuine willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was arranging extra toiletries or helping with transportation, Prateek made my stay that much more pleasant. He always greeted me with a smile, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I really appreciated the service at Ginger, and Prateek definitely made an impact. I would recommend this place simply for the level of care and attention I received during my stay!

Poor Stay
I hope you’re well. I would like to inform you that the bed sheets in the room are dirty, and the washroom is also not clean. Additionally, there is a bad smell coming from the washroom into the room, which is quite uncomfortable. I kindly request that the room be cleaned properly or, if possible, that I be moved to a cleaner room. I would really appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

hotel Ginger is located at a very convient location, local cabs, auto, app based cabs, easily available. metro stn is also nearby which connect to other parts of ncr. food quality is good, price being a bit higher side but is worth, considering variety and qty of food served. other aminities advantage of recreation opportunities such as a fitness center, or other amenities including complimentary wireless Internet access and tour/ticket assistance. Dining Enjoy a meal at the restaurant or snacks in the coffee shop/café. The hotel also offers room service (during limited hours). Buffet breakfasts are available daily for a fee. Business, Other Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free parking is available onsite. staff is cooperative and humble.

Excellent Stay
I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was very convenient, close to major attractions and well connected by public transport. The food served was tasty and had a good variety. The facilities were well maintained and the staff was helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Overall a good experience and worth recommending.

Toothpaste and brush was not in the washroom, i called reception for the arrangements and also no use and throw slipper’s for hyegine, ac was not effective, romm was stinking as they are not using any room freshner befor check in, so there may be some corruption going on as i cant believe i stayed at ginger
