Average Stay
Cleaning of the hotel is not good, bed was not comfortable. I feel this hotel is very expensive compared to their facilities

Rude behaviour of manager and no place for drivers to stay
familyMy parents went to stay at this resort on the night of 18. 10. 2023. The manager allotting rooms spoke almost fluent bengali, but we found his behaviour rude. His tone of speaking to guests is not very good which is unusual in chhattisgarh where people are known for their good behaviour. He also promised that he will arrange for my driver to stay but even when my driver requested 2 -3 times at night upto 11. 30pm, every-time he was asked to come back after an hour. A resort located outside town, with such a spacious facility, refuses to provide drivers a little space for sleeping at night, not treating them like human beings, is difficult to imagine. We have not encountered such behaviour from hoteliers even in tough terrains like ladakh. Other than this the other staff, who are local, are good and helpful. Food is okay. The maintenance of the hotel is on the lower side but it's okay considering there are not many decent places to stay in jagdalpur.

Resort is rundown with poor upkeep.
businessResort uses its lawns for marriage and other functions. There was litter everywhere. Rooms smelled stale, hot water was unavailable, ac didn’t work. Poor upkeep.

Good Stay
familyPros: huge campus. Excellent location. Peaceful stay. Big hall with sofa set and dining table for 4. Hall has attached toilet with mini shower facility. Bedroom is spacious like in 5 star hotels. Bathroom is also huge. Rooms are well ventilated. Room service is good. Particularly young girls are responsible enough. Accommodation in all blocks are the same like suits. Good food and reasonable cost. Cons: looks like upkeeping is a task for the management. Investment to maintain equipments and furniture is almost ignored. If they can meet this requirement, then it will be the best hotel.

Review
The stay at the the Resort was not good. They charge more and service wise lot of issues are there. Hot water problem, water problem, power problem and issues are many. I don't suggest this Resort to any of my friends.

Terrible Stay
House keeping staffs were very cordial, very innocent, but service is poor. Well located but badly managed place. Not at all value of money. As I paid a huge amount but service was worst I ever had. They may improve. But experience was horrible.

Rooms are very big, each cottage is kind of 1 bedroom and hall with 2 bathrooms and an outer sitting space too, the hotel was closed from a Long time and now they are re-launching it on 1st September.
