The bathroom was smelling very bad and its sink was not at all suitable one.

First of all, i didn't expect that in odisha that too in Jeypore, online booking would be there for room. The room and ambience was good. The washroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast was complementary in my booking, they were ok. The parking had an ample amount of space for parking 10-15 cars. Cons- 1)Sound was coming from AC Vent. 2)The hot water force was coming very slowly. 3) The water was not draining from the drain while bathing. 4) I had booked 2 rooms for 4 people, so each room should have 2 towels each, but had only 1 towel in each room.

Hotel signature is a new property and has great ambience. Good housekeeping, location, etc. However, I found the staff to be a little pushy in a few matters. For instance, they tried to charge me for the break fast if I ordered something after one-minute. Also, they were very strict about not allowing late check out by even 1 hour, despite the fact that the property was empty. They said they provide early check-in and late check-out facility for guests who book directly with them, which I felt was weird. Apart from these two incidents the property was great value for money !

Nice hotel for stay. Location is good. Staffs are amazing.Service is best. Food is nice.Amenities are of high standard.My sincere advice if u are visiting koraput try to stay in Jeypore specifically in this hotel.

Property was clean. Facilities provided in property are good. Food was delicious. Only coffee served was not served fully and it was not properly hot. Staff were cordial. Location was convenient for the purpose we came Jeypore.
