I would not recommend this hotel for a family stay. The cleanliness was very poor, and the environment didn’t feel safe or comfortable. Basic hygiene and safety standards need to be improved significantly. Families looking for a peaceful and secure stay should consider other options.

Poor quality rooms bathroom not clean

Room was not cleaned and no water in bathroom. They said 24 hrs hot water for name sake they have kept geyser with no power connection. Not proper response from receiption and they demand money for all the things. Even if TV remote is not working they use to ask money to buy cell. No drinking water. And if we say we will be going out they will assume that they are vacating the room and book for others and they forcefully vacate the room.

Rating not interested to update very worst room not proper cleaning condition very bad dont prefer to other customers. I am complaining to my head office

Good atmosphere comfortable to stay

Rooms are dirty, fans not working, bathroom is pathetic

don't go with family, beer bottle everywhere. Stinking room with any hill, cocokraches on the mattress, no commode bath room pathetic condition. No reception, old lady yelling at as we checked in late.

We had to cancel our trip and came back home the next day. Since it was crowded during weekends we didn’t get any other place to stay. Never stay in ganga lodge. No proper ventilation, extremely dirty rooms with no proper sanitation. We couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquitoes. When i say mosquitoes it means 100’s of them. The fan regulator also wasn’t working. Bed sheet was very very dirty. We reached at night, we didn’t have an option or else nobody can stay there. I’m not exaggerating. Please have a look at the pictures.

Property is not worth for the money. It's smelly and has cockroaches and bugs
