Room No 302 AC room: 1. from the air conditioner a false smell was coming 2. Toilet was horrible, wash basin tap was loose and with hands only we can open it 3. Toilet flush was not working, with bucket we had to pour water 4. Closet was dirty with black colour 5. I will never choose it again 6. MakeMyTrip must not advocate such hotels

The hotel is good,but locality is very poor, highly conjusted Road, luckily the hotel has its own parking which is helpful.The rooms are good and clean as well.

worst location to go with family,no car parking,located at besides major drainage canal with 10ft road,horrible to go in car

hassle free check-in, reception is available all the time, a good room for that budget and I'll stay there again.

Property was clean, bedroom was neat with working AC and television facilities. Mattress showed some signs of aging and may need to be replaced soon.

I have booked two rooms with two extra mattresses for my kids, that is what mentioned by mm-trip but after reaching the hotel they didn’t provide the mattresses and were telling me that they didn’t get any information like that and it is mm-trip fault and charged me 1000 inr for the mattresses. I really don’t know whose mistake is it ? hoping mm-trip will look into it. Apart this issue the room was clean but the bathroom was not and they don’t even provide hot water 24 hours moreover in one room there is no hot water at all from 7-11am. That’s horrible and nobody was responding. All over i had horrible experience.

Room was good and spacious. Drinking water not provided in the room. No complimentary breakfast. Room rent is high

Services were not upto the mark. Room was clean but washroom was far below standard. The wash basin pipe in the bathroom had a leak and water was dripping down constantly. We asked the staff to fix it but it was not done. The washroom remained wet and uncomfortable to use during our entire stay.

Will rate 2. Only room was good but pathetic services as no water bottle, no electric cattle for tea or coffee as no market or shop outside to bring food or drinks. Really bad location outside too. And no helping from manager or owner. That's why we canceled next day stay.

Location is really bad, gutters smells everywhere. Lane to hotel was disgusting and terrible, dirty like hell. Absolute l no ameneties at all. Bathroom windows had wide open where mosquito, rats and snakes can easily get into rooms. No nets in the bathroom windows. Bathroom was dirty, zero ameneties and water leaking in sink and toilet. Room was disgusting and smeely. Main owner was not friendly at all. I paid almost rs. 2500 and room was extremely small and hardly two pwoplw can walk. Not recommending to stay.

Rooms are normal, ac is working properly even after changing the room. The ways to hotel also not good

Clean property, all amenities working and prompt service. Property is situated in the centre of the town. Well behaved hotel staff.

Way to hotel is pathetic, though rooms are clean toilet with bath room is not good, exhaust fan is not working, poor lighting in bath room, uncleaned also. Only satisfied with the bedroom, others need much improvement. An average hotel only for short stay.

Ok, not very good. Running hot water does not work, booked a deluxe room which was pretty damp. Location is good and almost on the central chowk with ample car parking facility

The water heater was not working at day/ evening time. Only available at morning. Further, the clothes on bed was not well; can see visible strain on bed and pillows

The hotel is slightly away from cm c vellore but a good place to stay. The hotel staff is friendly. The service is okay. It is clean. There was no problem at all.
