It was a nice experience with a supportive and welcoming staff definitely worth

Property premises as well as the room was very dirty and unhygienic. Hospitality was NIL. We had to ask every little thing like a towel, water kettle, and drinking water glass. Soap for bathroom. There was no dental kit.

had a wonderful stay the rooms were clean and comfortable .staff were friendly and helpfull . and the location was perfect

Room were just untidy and not clean bedsheet and pillow.Food are not there as per the menu listed in the room.TV not working and AC is not working well.

Dirty rooms, no facilities, cockroaches were there....totally terrible experience

We booked 300 Sq feet premium room with city view through MMT but they allotted us a lower category room full of dust and rust, dirty pilow and bedsheets. Nothing worked there. not even the phone. After complaining they gave excuses one by one but didn't change the room. After complaining they didn't provided any solution yet. it was pathetic experience with my wife. she got rashes and allergy and we could not sleep the whole night

Location - excellent Parking facility is there but covered nd secured facility would be better Services - very nice and attentive Amenities - would say some hospitality services if added would make it more better like providing soap, shampoo, slipper etc.

Behavior good but rest all facilities are very poor like AC, Mosquitos are in the room, rooms r does not clean properly

The 2 day stay in yr hotel was excellent. The staff was good and humble. The room is luxurious with big bedroom with attached clean bathroom. Overall the room was very comfortable and spacious with hygienic food.

I booked room with food but food was like hospital not the hotel and it was expensive with no quality and taste. Although staff and other amenities are goods but they should improve the quality of food.

4/5 staff friendly 3/5 room 4/5 location staff was so friendly and good behavior, i just asked for my room bill because of some my refund issues with mmt, unfortunately he not sending me any bill till date and my refund periods also over now thanks.

Property was fine but there were terrible service for the hospitality. Towels was too old like it was been using since last 5years. when i asked for to change my towel they didn’t provide me even there were no glass provided for drinking water i asked for these three times still they didn’t provide me. At last i went and i bring it from the kichen. There were no iron, coffee/tea ingredients no freeze. AC was not cooling. Tv remote battery was damage not able to switch tv for entertainment. I had added breakfast while booking it was mention buffet system for breakfast. when i reached they simply provided on a plate that is two poori and sabji that was not enough at all. when i asked for boil egg they only given one when i asked for bring some more they asked for extra money since i had already paid for the breakfast. It was very terrible experience for me. They didn’t know how to give hospitality to the customer. I had stayed for two days fully terrible experience.
