Very untidy, no towels, no soap and shampoos. AC remote cells r missing, tv not working, bedsheets not clean

Bad experience with hotel and makemytrip help desk support , unuse

too bad first hotel not allowed for check-in and coordinate with help desk make my trip then they take 2 hour approx and not give me any solution after that I pay extra amount then only they allowed
