I am writing to share a very disappointing experience with one of the hotels booked through MakeMyTrip. We had booked the property based on the photos and reviews shown on the app, which looked clean and comfortable. However, when we reached the hotel at 1:00 AM, we were shocked to see that the place was extremely dirty and poorly maintained — it looked completely different from the pictures, more like a horror movie location. There was no proper cleaning, the rooms were empty and unhygienic, and to make things worse, the hotel manager refused to allow check-in. At that late hour, with my wife and 1.5-year-old child, we had to search for another place to stay and finally managed to find a different hotel only around 3:00 AM. This was a very distressing and unsafe experience for our family. I request FabHotels and MakeMyTrip to inspect and maintain the listed properties properly, remove misleading photos, and take strict action against such hotels to ensure that future guests do not face similar problems. Kindly review this incident and initiate appropriate action or compensation.
