Energize Soul resort - It lives up to it's name.We stayed in premium room for 3 nights and we went in the off season. Location : The property is just 15 mins from the Trimbakeshwar temple but location is serene and secluded. The property is huge and the very well designed. Central building has rooms and surrounding area has villas. The whole property has Palash trees, Champa tree and many othe trees. In the morning, you can spot many birds which we don't see in city. Amenities : Rooms are modern, well equipped, well lit and spot clean. Premium rooms had a verndah where you can relax, sip tea, read a book, listen to music. They have a big swimming pool which is clean and a spa and wellness center. In the morning they have Yoga sessions.The property also has a horse stable, they have horse riding, cows, ducks and hens. Restaurant : The restaurant is beautiful. Food served is delicious and fresh. The restaurant team- Akash, Bhagwan, Raman,Niranjan and others were very quick in service and polite. Overall the staff is very helpful, polite and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, away from the chaos of city life. However, the highlight of the property is the Shiv temple inside the premises. It is underground, inside a manmade cave.This is owner's private temple. They allow you to take darshan but photography is not allowed which is fair and right. Energize resort is highly recommended if you want to unwind and relax in the lap of nature.

Refreshing Experience

Stay was calm and cozy. Resort is graciously built with all the key available amenities. The restaurant is pretty and food was great especially Kala Rasa Mutton, tried for both lunch and dinner. The masseuse was extraordinary for a stress free massage, didn’t expect it could be so good.

The place away from the hustle of centre of attraction. Overall experience was excellent especially the food . All the rooms are designed in a futuristic way . Floor to ceiling height is great . Property is surrounded by lush green nature. Perfect for weekend. Spa services were affordable and best yogas session was energising. In short the hotel lives upto its name Energise soul retreat. Staff was very kind and supportive . I will rate this property with 5 stars . All the best for the Energise group for all their future endeavours.

While the location could seem private and slightly away from trimbakeshwar temple, the service and especially the food at their restaurant is amazing (including Jain meals in case you are travelling with parents).

Terrible Stay

I recently stayed at Energise Soul Retreat, but unfortunately my experience was below expectations due to a lack of professionalism in service. Firstly, the basic standards of hospitality were not met. When I checked in, the room had no towels, no napkins, and not even a single bottle of drinking water. I tried calling the staff, but no one answered, and I had to personally go to the front desk to request them. Even then, towels were provided only after 20 minutes. Secondly, the housekeeping and cleanliness standards were disappointing. After dinner, I placed my plate outside the room as is common practice in hotels. The plate was left untouched overnight, and despite informing staff in the morning (especially after crows had created a mess around it, making the area look very unhygienic), no action was taken until almost 10 AM. Lastly, there was confusion regarding checkout timings. My booking on MakeMyTrip clearly mentioned a 12:00 PM checkout, but I was called at 11:30 AM and told to leave, and later another staff member even insisted it was 11:00 AM. This created unnecessary inconvenience. Overall, my stay was not pleasant. For a property marketed as a retreat, I expected much higher levels of professionalism, responsiveness, and basic hospitality.

Good propert, extra good staff

Last week we decided to take a break and visit Trambakeshwar; chose this property and stayed for 4 days. Following is our review: Good: 1. The campus is good 2. The amenities are also good and well maintained 3. Rooms are spacious 4. Its evident that someone has put thoughts while doing the interiors and overall design theme in the resort The most important is, the staff is very courteous. I have a special feedback for the restaurant: The entire staff is really very courteous and well behaved; their cooks deserve a special mention, every single dish we ate here was prepared with authentic test. Our special thanks to the restaurant manager Mr. Swikar, what I liked most is not only that he tried to accommodate our special dietary needs but also the overall behavior makes it a pleasant stay. Scope of improvement: 1. We tried the shuttle service to trambakeshwar temple ( paid), they can have slightly better vehicle, Maruti Eco/Omini is not a good choice 2. The services and the resort is good, but still it does not command ; tweaking in the pricing is needed

A mesmerizing and peaceful resort with excellent hospitality. Loved the free yoga sessions by an Isha-certified teacher and the serene temple with a consecrated Shivlinga for meditation. The food was outstanding — from authentic Maharashtrian dishes to continental, with the pizza being a highlight. The spa was relaxing and well worth it. Just 15 minutes from Trimbakeshwar Mandir, this place is a perfect getaway. Definitely coming back with my parents next time!

Regret booking it. There is nothing in resort, not even a little garden or lawn wherein you can have a walk. Only room and a swimming pool in front of it. If it would have been a 4-5,000 property, it would be ok. But paying 11,000 for it is not at all justified. Extremely disappointed. There were flies everywhere, the Wifi was not working mostly. It is just a very average property, simply not worth the price.

The ambience of the place was very good. The staff was helpful, the property was well maintained. The food was nice, we reached late but we were providing good service even though it was post the deadline. The place is very close to the Trimbakeshwar temple and we were able to go there early in the morning.

There were so many flies , bugs and cockroaches in the rooms, in the restaurant for which the staff were helpless. The items in the food menu were also not in plenty . compared to the rates for the rooms , the resort is not worth Rs 2500 per night

Too costly comparing the amenities

Too costly, amenities are too less. One has to run for water bottles. Everything is double in rate which includes water bottle and liquor. We had to literally got the toiletries refilled after we checked in. Room was not prepared
