Review Of ELFIN HOMESTAY

We recently booked a room through the MakeMyTrip portal, which listed the accommodation as suitable for four persons, with two beds and one sofa. However, upon arrival, we were provided only one room that was insufficient for our group size. We were asked to book an additional room at our own expense, despite having made a prior confirmed booking. Unfortunately, MakeMyTrip support was unable to resolve the issue, which caused significant inconvenience. Moreover, the condition of the room was extremely poor. The bedsheets were unclean, there were pan masala stains in some corners, the door did not lock properly, and an improperly sealed AC pipeline opening compromised the room's cooling. We had chosen this property based on its ratings on MakeMyTrip, but our experience leads us to believe the reviews may not reflect the true condition of the property and could be misleading. We strongly urge future travelers to confirm all details directly with the property before making a reservation.

Room is not good as mentioned. It's not fullfill guest expectations regarding hygiene .
