stay was very good . Caretaker kare very cooperative. villa maintained well. cleanbess very good . We suggest that small soap cake should keep in bathroom. It was the worst experience at your stay... we are already in one of your villa.. none of your any representative was able to connect for like more then 6-7 hrs.. it was totally a spoiled trip & fault is of ekostay only.... Faults 1. No electricity till 9:30 PM 2. Unable to use any of the facility at your property 3. Only one fan & few lights were working in this 3bhk villa 4. Even generator is also not working properly. 5. You guys have made your guests use washroom without lights... 6. You guys were not even picking up phone calls from your own caretaker. There are many more complaints related to this trip as you guys have spoiled the birthday party event for a group of friends... It was a very unsatisfied stay with your company... Worst experience ever. Property owner behaviour is not good. Electricity issue facing

The location of villa is ok. Its not that great. The surrounding is clean and no noise is there. Villa was not clean. It was dusty. One of the bedroom' s ac was not functioning & geyser in one bathroom was also not working, pool water was also not cleaned. The restaurant from which he brings food is not that of great quality & tasty pohe for breakfast which was 100 rs plate & of no taste. There was breach of privacy. The caretaker has rude behaviour.

The villa is perfect for a family outing in igatpuri. We had a great time in this villa.
