The location is very nice !! Greenery all around. The Villa was nice apart from some damp walls which need to be fixed . The access to the the villa also need to be checked with no proper road .

The premises is very neat and clean. Location is best. The caretaker Madhukar is very good. He is helpful person. We enjoyed stay. The premises near mainroad but the sub road is not good and easy to reach to the premises. We suggest to build proper road to reach also suggest flash the Arrow board near main highway. Overall our short stay was best.

The location of this villa is beautiful. Hospitality is also up to the mark. Rooms are clean and neat. The pool is clean and big.

Swimming pool was not maintained and tons of chlorine the full water was cloudy and smelly and the caretaker charge extra to use kitchen

Good location, approach to the property is bit dangerous u will never find in google map. Pls build proper road bathroom shower to be better. Kitchen doesn't have proper cooking arrangements. Gas in not available. Rooms were having water seepage. Caretaker is good needs better training to speak with the guest. All our requests were denied for the food first day said it's not available. Swimming pool can be better. Rest was okay bit overpriced compared to the property. It's avreage compared to the rates missed value for money experience.

Villa is good. But whole night no power. Power was on generator back up which died when diesel was over within 30mins of putting on. This happened at 11pm. Caretaker had already gone for getting diesel. At 1am caretaker returned with diesel and till then entire villa was in dark under heavy rain showers. A perfect horror film scene it was. As per care taker only 2hrs of generator back up will be provided in the cost paid for booking and after that it will be charged on hourly basis. Caretaker said he has favored us by not charging for the generator backup provided by him. The caretaker seemed to be very unpredictable and tricky as he seemed to be very friendly at first conversation later had been imposing every earning opportunity.
