Review Of Eco Inn Hotel

Very very bad experience in aspects of service. Hotel staff are behaviour are very rudely and not supporting and also charge extra money for stay While stay only 13 hrs in hotel.

Warm water not available

Hotel location was good. room was clean and well maintained. Staff were okay and helpful. Breakfast and tea were complimentary.

I did the biggest mistake choosing your hotel. I have raised concerns regarding below multiple time but no resolution. I called customer support 4 times but no resolution from their side as well. 1. No doormat 2. I could see damp everywhere 3. Bathroom sink tap was not working 4. Cor-ton was not covering the window. Anyone can see you from outside changing the dress. 5. Damages on the wall. 6. No hot water. I had to leave without bath

Overall hotel was good but tv was not working it needed to be repaired, electricity was not stable, fan was not working proper staff behavior was very friendly.

Very bad, totally cheapest service, not good behavior staff- reception- owner. Do not comes there with family.

The room size is very small, the bathrooms are not clear. Breakfast quality is also not good. Not recommended.

Bathroom condition was not good, furniture in room was not in good condition, food was average, no proper parking facility.

Dont get confused with lords eco inn at jamnagar. E co inn located in a floor of an old multistoreyed building. They dont have any functioning restaurant, so either you have to go out or order food through online app. Lift is shabby, room is small, toilet is not very clean and we had our sprinkler broken. Bed sheet and towels are slightly shabby as well. Although the pictures are not wrong, but they dont depict the actual scenario. They are probably understaffed and need some time to execute your orders. Breakfast spread is minimal. Only silver lining is some of the staffs are polite and helpful. Overall, this is definitely overpriced as per the facilities and i wont recommend this hotel.

Very bad bathroom not very clean and also the wall paint were worn off. The room had very bad smell and when complained to manager the reply was for this much amount of money you get this only you need to book 5 star property if you want all good thing.

Location wise it is good. Food quality was good but it took very long to comply with your order. Toilets were not up to mark.

Rooms were ok. Bathroom were not clean. Booked 1 superior room but didn’t find any superior about it. I gave average only because the owner arranged us for bread and butter early in the morning as we have to leave.

The hotel bedsheets and other linens are totally worn out and needs change. The breakfast provided was not at all upto the mark. However the front desk is helpful.

Had a good experience. Hotel located in proper market place. Restaurants/temples/shopping area everything at walking distance. Just one negative hotel restaurant pics are shown in the search but it's usually shut only breakfast is served rest the whole day it is closed.
