Very good stay. Hotel no discount and according to rates of hotel price is bit high. Neat clean but should give water free when guest come to stay

First day hotel chetna manager not confirmed my booking, they allotted my booked room to other persons. They shown another hotel to stay but that hotel is cleaners and surrounding not good. I felt uncomfortable and bad regarding this.

Hotel room was neat and the ambiance was very good the location was in the mid if the city where all the necessary things are available

Location was 5 mins walk from city center and lakhota palace. Worth it !! Market is near by too

The location was good. Most of the important sites are close by though the neighborhood itself is not that great. The facilities are basic. The air conditioner had some issues. We had to call room boy twice to sort that out. The linen were dirty. The duvet cover was torn. When we pointed out these to the room boy, he had silly reasons not to change.

Awesome room, at good location heart of city, very nice service and facility given by hotel staff, main thing is cleanliness in hotel that they maintain very properly. Recommended every visitor to stay here. Value for money.

Hotel was good but service was not so good. We had to ask always to change the bed sheets and towels. There is no facility of generator but it requires in emergency because Jamnagar has 24 hrs electricity supply. Altogether it was average stay.

The room location is excellent and rooms were tidy. The room service was also good. Only problem is management staff. They don't know how to behave with customers. For early check in I took confirmation from hotel prior to booking. On reaching they said not possible. And then they finally gave me a room after 2 hours. Later in the evening they ask me to pay additional 500 for early check in. This wasn't conveyed earlier. I could have waited then to check in. Hidden charges to customer. Unprofessional behaviour by management.

Hotel is located near by Amber chowk. Rooms are so spacious and very neat and clean. Food quality is also good. Staff are so humble and very cooperative. I recommend to all passengers.

Great and rich experience, a very comfortable hotel, like home after home, located at prime centre, we need not to worry about anything like Transportation, food, amenities etc. Room service is excellent and very kind to guests

Rooms are clean & tidy, small compared to standard size, but fully comfortable. Foods being served here is pure veg that is good part & event price list is in budget. Room service is also good & satisfactory.

The hotel is purely value for money. It was fabulous one. The rooms and bathroom was purely clean and hygiene. The food was nice. Services were rapid. As it's renovated so was looking like brand new hotel. I will definitely suggest this hotel for stay and even will prefer this again as and when I will visit Jamnagar.
