Not professional handling

i recently stayed at svasti inn during a short trip to jamnagar and had a pleasant experience overall. the staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel’s location is excellent, especially if you're traveling by train—it's right near the railway station. my room was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. housekeeping did a good job keeping it clean. food was surprisingly good, especially the breakfast—freshly made and tasty

Location is good , food is below average need to change the cook, amenities are ok & service is good

The stay was good. But more sensitivity required for senior citizens. Washroom needs to be equipped with strong handles near toilet seat.

Had different room offered than shown in description, the room was not well maintained, had lot of water damage, no closet and hangers, no partition glass door in shower area so water flows all over the bathroom, very untidy and lot of spider web in the room. On top of this no support from mmt executive and I followed up many times but I guess it was not taken seriously as i had made full payment!!! I even mailed and shared photo but waste of time. After full tiring day all i had to do was struggle for basic things

The food is average, the rooms are good and clean, a good staying experience. I recommend this property 👍

Stay- booked room (two separate beds) not provided first. On speaking with reception, they changed to the booked room. Food - good neat and clean

The property was very well maintained providing an experience of sheer luxury stay on a budget. The staff were very hospitable and well behaved. Being located at the centre of the city the accessibility to every need was just a walk away.

Hotel was in very prime lication, hotel was good neat and clean. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was also good.

Not good. Poor house keeping. Wash room not proper. This feedback page also strategically provided. Nowadays people don’t have to comment like this.

Such a terrible experience i had during my 4 days of corporate stay. I will recommend that not to book this hotel. In name of service, i will rate zero. Even in room service, even in house keeping, even in restaurant, even in breakfast. I will share my one of the incident happen to me. I had given a laundry in morning by confirmation from hotel manager that i will get my laundry on same day night. So i had given my all used cloth for laundry rather than one which ai had wear. But at night 10pm gm called me saying that sorry sir, laundry couldn't be done because our house keeping staff haven't given for laundry. Now the situation is what to wear on next day business visit at client. I don't have any unused cloth. Even after complaining about water leakage from central airconditioner compartment in presence of house keeping person, no single staff person have time to inspection to resolve the same.
