room is not good as expected.. there are many cockroach.. water not good.. service very poor.. food is good

We booked a room for 3 adults but find 2 beds only. Also not clean as per expectations. we live the hotel but the hotel didn't agree to cancel the booking. so it was a worst experience in the hotel.

Staff is good. Food is also OK. But rooms very average. Towel not given. Bathroom is not clean.

Overall good friendly staff and room is decent but the washroom need repair plus no towel was provided I am too why to ask

Very uncooperative hotel staff. We paid 1800 for ac room but the ac wasn't working. No towels, toothpaste provided. On top of that, even the lock wasn't working. When you take money from customers, learn to provide same service to them.

Very good stay, room and bathroom was very cleaned. Staff are cooperative and helpful. Grocer was there in bathroom. Tea refreshment and was in placed from earlier. Overall, it's a good stay.

Food from the restaurant was very good. Sadly our bathroom was so dirty, no toilet roll either and the bed sheets and pillow covers were also not cleaned properly. With that much money we paid we expected more better facilities. Very sad

Restaurant food was good but sadly the room and bathrooms were very dirty. For the price we paid it’s not worth the experience of the hotel. Would not book again

I am a regular guest of this hotel, location is very easy to find, all staffs are very friendly and provide exceptional service, thank you team dip-ti hotel

Misleading images. Even after paying for a double bed they put the guest in a small room with single bed that wasn't advertised. Later on when a complain was filed, they decided to give a double room.

The Hotel is good for stay .and have every facility that a hotel should have but have no wifi .

Blanket and kombol was very very dirty, bad smell was coming. B omitting tendency had come. Also rate is too high as compared to room. Wall of the room was discolored, really painful. First time bad experience

Room was horrible, tv not working, staffs are non cooperating,. Toilet was not up to the mark

Worst power supply backup. Dirty room and toilet. Room floor was sticky

No backup for electricity, rooms were smelled bad

Food is completely good and its taste is delicious. Staffs behaviour are well mannered.
