When i requested a 30-minute extension, they responded rudely, implying the hotel was fully booked and other guests were waiting. *floor maintenance* the 3rd floor had a strong cigarette smoke odor, which was unpleasant. *additional suggestions* to improve guest experience, i recommend: 1. Stay area is secluded from main area. If you are with family and for only night stay then it's good. But if you are staying for 2-3 days its lonesome. Only veg food options available in restaurant and bit pricier. No
