Terrible Stay

I booked the hotel for 3 persons, and they provided with 1 bed only that after making us sit for 1.5 hours in the lobby, we arrived at the hotel at 1500h. when we asked for extra bed, they denied, asked to pay 500 extra, and when we contacted , they told us to leave and they didn't cancel our paid booking as well.
